Pricing
Bespoke sweaters start at US$239, including standard parcel shipping. Your final price depends on the design and customization and is confirmed before payment.
When your order ships
Your order will ship within 5–10 business days after your design and measurements are fully confirmed. This is production time; shipping transit time is additional.
Delivery options
- Standard parcel: included; estimated transit of 7–12 days after dispatch.
- FedEx: US$35 upgrade; estimated transit of 3–5 days after dispatch, with FedEx handling the shipment throughout.
These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need your piece for a specific date.
Cancellation requests
Cancel before pattern making begins for a full refund. If your pattern has already been completed, a US$50 pattern-making fee is deducted from the refund.
Contact us promptly to check your order's production stage. If work is underway, we will review the stage with you before confirming the cancellation outcome.
Fit & quality support
If there is a fit or quality issue, we take responsibility for resolving it with you. Send your order details and a description of the issue to cashmerepaw@outlook.com. Relevant photos can help us understand the problem.
